Description
The role responds to and resolves guest repair and maintenance requests, communicates with guests and customers, performs preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, inspects equipment, operates shut-off valves, maintains inventory, and records unfinished calls. It also follows safety and security procedures, supports guests and colleagues, and performs physical work involving lifting, climbing, bending, and reaching. The preferred qualifications include a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least two years of related work experience.
