Fairhaven Church seeks individuals interested in developing Christian leaders through a long-term residency and fellowship program. The One-Year Residency focuses on practical ministry experience and leadership training, pairing residents with ministry coaches and mentors. The Two-Year Fellowship is designed for those called to pastoral ministry, church planting, or missions, requiring a 25-30 hour weekly commitment and involving support-raising, master's degree earning, ordination requirements, and extensive practical ministry experience.
