Zepf Center is hiring a full-time Resident Advisor to work second shift in its Recovery House on Collingwood Boulevard. The role supports individuals recovering from addiction by helping them maintain safe and clean living conditions, follow resident rules, learn recovery skills, access community resources, complete household responsibilities, and participate in house meetings. The position works Saturday through Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with hours varying according to facility needs. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, extended sobriety, and current residency; a driver's license and insurance eligibility are required for those driving company vehicles.
