Zepf Center is hiring a full-time Resident Advisor to work the second shift in its Recovery House on Collingwood Boulevard. The role supports individuals recovering from addiction by helping them maintain safe and clean living conditions, follow resident rules, learn recovery skills, access community resources, complete household responsibilities, and participate in house meetings. The position also monitors unusual behavior, maintains housing supplies, documents activities, and supports staff development. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with hours varying according to need and availability for a 24-hour facility. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, extended sobriety, and current residency; knowledge of recovery community resources is preferred.
