Description
The Resident Aide provides compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to residents in memory care and assisted living, assisting with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and other activities of daily living; answering call lights; documenting care; and supporting residents as needed. The role is full-time, 32 hours per week on the second shift from 2:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m., with a starting wage of $18.75 per hour, including a $1.50 shift differential. CNA certification is not required but may increase pay, and the employer offers training as a Med Tech.
