Spring Arbor of Florence is hiring a part-time and PRN Resident Assistant for its Assisted Living community. The role provides scheduled hands-on care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, toileting, medication reminders, incontinence care, documentation, communication with resident services, and promotion of a safe environment. No license or prior experience is required, but applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete one year of related health care experience, complete required dementia training where applicable, and pass a criminal background screening.
