Spring Arbor of Bristol is hiring a full-time Resident Assistant for its Memory Care team. The role provides hands-on resident care, including activities of daily living, mobility, toileting, positioning, transfers, medication reminders, and incontinence care, while maintaining resident records, communicating with Resident Services associates, and supporting a safe and supportive environment.
