Description
The Resident Assistant provides scheduled resident care in an Assisted Living area under the supervision of the Resident Services Director. Duties include assisting residents with activities of daily living, maintaining care records, communicating with Resident Services associates, promoting a safe environment, and supporting neighborhood programming. The role is based at Alto Duval Station, runs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and pays $16.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related health care experience, complete required dementia training in an Ensemble Program community, and pass a criminal background screening. CPR and first aid, CNA or nursing assistant certification, and computerized resident documentation experience are preferred.
