Allegro Living is hiring a part-time Resident Assistant for Spring Arbor of Greensboro, working 11 PM to 7 AM. The role provides hands-on assisted-living care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility support, medication reminders, and incontinence care, while maintaining resident records, communicating with the Resident Services team, and supporting neighborhood programming. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related health care experience, complete required dementia training, pass a criminal background screening, and comply with the drug-free workplace policy. CPR and first aid, CNA or nursing assistant certification, and computerized documentation experience are preferred.
