Spring Arbor of Kinston is hiring a Resident Assistant for its Assisted Living team, with full-time and part-time shifts covering 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. The role supports residents with activities of daily living, mobility, medication reminders, incontinence care, documentation, communication with resident services, and a safe, supportive environment. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related health care experience, complete required dementia training where applicable, and pass a criminal background screening. CPR and first aid certification, CNA or nursing assistant certification, and computerized resident documentation experience are preferred.
