Spring Arbor of Sevierville is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide scheduled resident care in an assisted-living setting under the supervision of the Resident Services Director. The role supports residents with activities of daily living, mobility, toileting, medication reminders, incontinence care, documentation, communication with care associates, and a safe, supportive environment. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least one year of related healthcare experience; a CNA license is preferred.
