Spring Arbor of Greensboro is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide hands-on, compassionate care and support to assisted-living residents. The role covers daily living activities, mobility and positioning, medication reminders, incontinence care, resident documentation, communication with the Resident Services team, safety, and neighborhood programming. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related healthcare experience, complete required dementia training, pass a criminal background screening, and comply with the drug-free workplace policy. CPR and First Aid, CNA or NA licensure, and computerized documentation experience are preferred.
