Spring Arbor of Albemarle is hiring a Resident Assistant for its Memory Care team, with full-time and part-time schedules. The role provides hands-on support to seniors living with memory loss, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, toileting, medication reminders, incontinence care, documentation, and coordination with Resident Services. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete one year of related healthcare experience, complete required dementia training in applicable communities, and pass a criminal background screening. Medical, vision, and dental coverage are available to full-time employees.
