Resident Assistant at Otterbein

Otterbein is hiring Resident Assistants to provide person-centered, compassionate care and assist residents with activities of daily living, including teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing, transfers, and ambulation. The role works under the supervision of a nurse in charge, coordinates with the resident-care team, and responds to emergency calls. A high school diploma or GED and First Aid certification are required; previous Nursing Assistant experience is preferred. Shifts include first, second, and third shifts, with pay starting at $15.00 and increases with experience.
