Description
The Resident Assistant provides direct, daily care and support to residents in a supportive housing building, including home-care services, medication administration, personal care, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medical-device operation, charting, and resident safety. The role also manages front-desk and security tasks, communicates with residents and staff, and may work full- or part-time shifts including weekends and on-call duty. A high school diploma or GED is required, while one year of health or social-service experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid certification and a driver’s license, state ID, or passport are required.
