Description

The Residential Assistant supports the YWCA Emergency Shelter by completing intakes, assisting consumers with special needs, maintaining housing policies and safety, cleaning apartments and the building, screening visitors, and responding to health, safety, and crisis situations. The role is available part-time, full-time, and as a substitute across first, second, and third shifts, with rotating third-shift and holiday work. It requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with vulnerable populations, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate stairs, Microsoft Office experience, confidentiality, and strong attendance.
