Alto Wheaton is hiring Resident Assistants for full-time overnight and part-time memory-care and assisted-living shifts in Wheaton, Illinois. The role provides hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living, monitors resident well-being, documents services, communicates with the care team, and supports a safe and welcoming environment. No CNA certification is required, but CNAs earn higher pay; applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related healthcare experience, complete required dementia training where applicable, pass a criminal background screening, and meet the community’s drug-free workplace requirements. Compensation is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with free meals every shift.
