Windsor Manor Indianola is hiring part-time Resident Assistants/CNAs for its Assisted Living community on the third shift at night. The role provides direct resident care, including activities of daily living, meal support, emergency response, documentation, communication, and transportation assistance, while following safety, infection-control, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements. Candidates should have healthcare, senior living, or service experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, and meet applicable state certification and licensure requirements; CNA certification is preferred, and a PCA certificate may be accepted. The position pays $16.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible team members.
