Description
The Resident Assistant II provides after-hours oversight and care for LGBTQ+ youth in emergency overnight and transitional living programs, including crisis intervention, de-escalation, resident safety, conflict mediation, case-management coordination, programming, and reporting. The role works Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., pays $22.00–$27.71 per hour plus a $1.75 per hour shift differential, and requires at least three years of related experience.
