Description
The Per Diem Resident Care Assistant provides personal care, housekeeping, meal service, activity support, and supervision to residents in an assisted-living or senior-care setting. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, care-plan updates, laundry, pagers, appointments, meals, and socialization, while communicating with staff, families, and visitors. It requires HHA or PCA certification, basic First Aid, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience or interest in working with older adults. The position pays $18.25–$20.25 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.
