The Retreat at Lady's Island is hiring full-time and part-time Resident Care Associates (CNA) in Beaufort, South Carolina for overnight shifts. The role provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, following Personalized Service Plans, supporting activities of daily living, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and responding to resident needs and call bells. Candidates should have a high school education preferred, be at least 18 years old, have experience with elders or disabled individuals preferred, and be able to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
