Description
North Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and organized Resident Care Coordinator to support residents and families throughout admission, their stay, and discharge. The Monday–Friday role includes preparing rooms and common areas, coordinating admissions and discharges with internal departments, conducting resident rounds and family follow-up calls, preparing equipment and admission materials, assisting with orientation and documentation, coordinating discharge readiness and room turnover, and collecting resident satisfaction feedback. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree and experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service are preferred.
