Touchmark is hiring a full-time Resident Care Manager for its Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods at Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton. The role coordinates resident care and activities of daily living, develops and updates service plans, serves as a primary contact for residents and families, coordinates with health-care providers, and leads, coaches, trains, and supervises the caregiving team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least one year of staff management or supervisory experience, experience with older adults, strong communication and organizational skills, and CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
