Ohana Pacific Health is hiring a Resident Care Manager / LPN to supervise a nursing team and oversee the operation of a nursing unit. The role coordinates resident care, admissions, discharges, transfers, quality improvement, and resident planning conferences, while keeping the Director of Nursing informed. Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing school, hold a current Hawaii Licensed Practical Nurse license, and have at least three years of experience in a hospital or long-term care facility; supervisory experience is preferred.
