Evergreen Senior Living is hiring an in-person Resident Care Specialist to support older adults in its independent and assisted living communities in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The role provides personal care, mobility and transfer assistance, meals, companionship, activities, observation and reporting of resident condition changes, documentation, and adherence to safety, HIPAA, and facility protocols. The position offers day, evening, and overnight 8-hour shifts with full-time, part-time, and casual scheduling, starting pay of $16-$18 per hour, $20 per hour for licensed CNAs, overnight premiums, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
