Description
The Resident Construction Manager will serve as the primary on-site construction management representative for major rail, transit, roadway, and infrastructure projects in Dallas, Texas. The role provides daily oversight of contractor activities, monitors quality, schedule, cost, safety, and compliance, coordinates project stakeholders, documents construction activities, supports testing and closeout, and resolves field issues. It requires extensive field presence and at least 15 years of progressive construction management experience, preferably on major transportation or infrastructure projects.
