Description
Interfaith Community Services is hiring a Resident Coordinator to maintain a safe and secure living environment for clients in residential, shelter, or housing programs. The role supports client intakes, transfers, discharges, orientation, crisis response, safety checks, emergency procedures, room preparation, appointment coordination, documentation, interdisciplinary meetings, and community collaboration. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS and First Aid certification within three months of hire, and is based onsite in Oceanside on a Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. schedule, with rotating shifts and an hourly rate of $22.00-$22.53.
