Description
Optima is hiring a Resident Coordinator to provide resident and prospect customer service, support retention and renewal programs, coordinate move-ins and community events, assist leasing and operations, and contribute to digital and outreach marketing. The role requires strong customer service, communication, teamwork, online marketing knowledge, and comfort with social media and cell phone apps; previous event planning and Yardi Voyager 7 and RentCafe experience are advantageous. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour plus bonuses, with medical, retirement, paid leave, and paid time off benefits.
