Description
The role performs corrective and preventive maintenance and installs printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and computers at customer sites. It also provides technical service for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color printers and multifunction devices, and performs diagnostics on low- and medium-complexity desktops and notebooks using manufacturer tools. Candidates need technical education or current higher education in electronics, IT, or a related field, basic technical English, and familiarity with connectivity, electricity, electronics, computing, and networks; 1 to 3 years of experience is mentioned.
