Description
The role performs corrective and preventive maintenance and installs printers, multifunction printers, notebooks, and computers at customer sites. It also provides technical service for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color printers and performs diagnostics on low- and medium-complexity desktops and notebooks using manufacturer tools. Candidates need technical education or current higher education in electronics, IT, or a related field, training in the relevant hardware product lines, basic technical English, and 1 to 3 years of experience.
