Description
Silverado is hiring a full-time Resident Engagement (Activities) Assistant to support the Director of Resident Engagement by planning and leading daily activity programs, organizing memory enrichment activities, encouraging resident participation, preparing recreational materials, and supporting music and occupational therapy sessions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia; previous experience with older adults or memory care is preferred. The schedule is Saturday through Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with anticipated pay of $16–$20 USD and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
