Description
Silverado is hiring a Resident Engagement (Activities) Assistant to support the Director of Resident Engagement by planning and leading daily activity programs, organizing memory enrichment activities, encouraging resident participation, preparing recreational materials, and supporting music and occupational therapy sessions. The role is per diem on the AM shift with variable days, requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work with older adults and individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Previous experience with older adults or memory care is preferred, and the anticipated pay range is $17–$18 USD.
