Description
The Technical Communication & Relationship Management role serves as Bosch’s primary technical communications and quality partner with Philippine OSAT subcontractors. The position bridges Bosch Reutlingen and supplier operations, audits production lines and quality processes, supports new-product introduction and ramp-up, coordinates yield and cost-reduction projects, tracks engineering lots, and troubleshoots manufacturing and quality issues. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of hands-on semiconductor assembly, testing, or packaging engineering experience, along with expertise in SPC, FMEA, 8D, Cpk, and MSA.
