Description
Amador Water Agency is hiring a Resident Engineer to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through construction completion. The role oversees raw water, water distribution, and wastewater systems; coordinates contractors, developers, regulators, and internal teams; reviews engineering plans and reports; resolves construction issues; supports contract administration and budgeting; and supervises field staff. It requires civil engineering, construction management, or public works experience, water/wastewater project experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and five years of civil engineering or public works construction experience. The position combines office and field work at the agency’s headquarters in Sutter Creek, California, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no hybrid or remote work.
