Description
The Construction Phase Services Group is seeking a Resident Engineer for a confidential owner’s-engineer assignment upgrading and expanding infrastructure within an operational port in the Philippines. The role leads a multidisciplinary site team, administers the construction contract, monitors compliance with technical and safety requirements, coordinates staging and interfaces, manages programme and risk issues, and reports on progress, quality, commercial matters and decisions. It requires a civil engineering or related bachelor’s degree, Philippine civil-engineering registration, at least 15 years of relevant construction experience, and regular attendance at the project site.
