HARMAN is hiring a Resident Engineer in Novi, Michigan to lead hardware and software testing for globally developed Compute Unit products. The role manages customer relationships, project risks, test strategies, bench and vehicle testing, defect tracking, and cross-functional coordination while representing the project to senior management and customers. Candidates need extensive embedded product and hardware testing experience, project leadership experience, software testing expertise, vehicle networking experience, and hardware-in-the-loop experience. The position requires domestic travel of up to 20%, office work in Novi, and a clean driving record.
