Description
The Resident Engineer provides onsite, post-sales technical support for large-scale Juniper network environments in Columbus, Ohio, for a 12-month engagement. The role covers network design workshops, testing, troubleshooting, JTAC case resolution, equipment and software upgrades, customer training, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer. It requires at least five years of large-scale IP network experience, JUNOS CLI, QFX and EX routing and switching expertise, EVPN/VXLAN, BGP and OSPF, Mist Wireless, automation with Ansible, YAML, and Juniper PyEZ, and Python scripting.
