STV is looking for a Resident Engineer with over 15 years of experience to join their Water Division as part of the Construction Management team. This role involves overseeing construction activities on major NYCDEP infrastructure projects in New York City, leading contract administration, managing inspection staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will review and monitor the Construction Management Plan, oversee contractor performance, and maintain accurate project documentation.
