Description
Techno Consult Engineering, PC is hiring an experienced Resident Engineer to oversee construction activities, safety, schedule, budget, contract compliance, and quality assurance for a major waterfront infrastructure project in New York City. The role covers marine, structural, geotechnical, heavy civil, piling, concrete, shoreline, and utility work, including submittal review, stakeholder coordination, project documentation, and closeout. Candidates must hold a Professional Engineer license, have a relevant bachelor’s degree, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and at least 10 years of resident engineering or heavy civil construction experience, including 5+ years as a Resident or Deputy Resident Engineer. The position is primarily based in New York City with flexibility for evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional local travel, with compensation of $80-$100 per hour.
