WSP is hiring a Resident Engineer for its Seattle or Tacoma office to support transportation, municipal, utility, and public infrastructure projects throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest. The role serves as the Owner’s primary field representative, leading construction administration, contract compliance, documentation, contractor coordination, schedule and quality monitoring, payment and change-order review, and oversight of inspection and project staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant experience, public works contract administration experience, and the ability to travel to project sites. The expected salary is $174,400 to $213,200.
