BKF Engineers is hiring an experienced Resident Engineer / Construction Manager to serve as the owner's on-site representative for water and wastewater infrastructure construction projects in the San Bernardino County region. The role oversees field construction, inspections, contract administration, QA/QC, testing, documentation, scheduling, budgets, contractor performance, regulatory and safety compliance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and project closeout, while also supporting proposals, mentoring, and regional water resources leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; at least six years of relevant experience; and preferably a California P.E. or CCM credential.
