Description
BKF Engineers is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer / Construction Manager to serve as the Owner’s on-site representative for water and wastewater infrastructure construction projects in the San Bernardino County region. The role oversees field construction, inspections, contract administration, QA/QC, materials testing, schedule and budget tracking, contractor performance, regulatory and safety compliance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and project closeout, while also supporting proposals, mentoring, and regional water resources leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least six years of relevant experience, knowledge of water regulations including NPDES, strong contractor and contract-administration capabilities, and a valid California driver’s license.
