Description
HDR is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to provide engineering leadership and construction management oversight for major water projects. The role coordinates contractors, consultants, inspectors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders while managing construction activities, budgets, schedules, contracts, quality assurance, field operations, and project resources. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a closely related field, 10 years of related construction experience, a professional engineering license, and experience with construction engineering and inspection programs.
