Eaton is hiring a Product Specialist for Fire Business products to serve as R&D’s Resident Engineer at Arad. The role focuses on NPI, VAVE, and resourcing projects for fire and detection products, including product industrialization, change management, teardowns, cost-out initiatives, compliance with standards such as IEC, UL, CSA, and NEMA, and support for manufacturing feasibility and PPAP. The position requires an electrical or electronics engineering degree, at least five years of relevant NPI, VAVE, or industrialization experience, proficiency with Enovia and SAP, and 25% travel across LS plants and to the UK Fire Business design centre.
