The role manages construction supervision, engineering scope, schedules, change management, project closeout, approvals, contractor and subcontractor compliance, quality reviews, change orders, client expectations, and coordination with authorities and agencies. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, at least 15 years of infrastructure and community development construction supervision experience, knowledge of Dubai government procedures and commissioning, and strong technical, communication, computer, and safety skills.
