Description
BKF is hiring an Owner’s Representative to serve as the professional representative on bridge, roadway, and general civil construction projects. The role oversees construction quality control and assurance, contract administration, change orders, shop drawings, materials testing, surveying, utility coordination, documentation, client and agency communication, project profitability, and staff supervision. It requires a BS in Civil Engineering, California Professional Engineer registration, and at least seven years of construction contract management experience related to roadway and/or bridge projects. The position offers a biweekly salary of $180,000–$235,000, profit sharing, a 401(k), paid time off, holidays, flexible schedules, and other benefits.
