Tailwind Group is hiring a Resident Experience Specialist for The Landing CoMo, a 172-unit student housing community in Columbia, Missouri. The full-time role focuses on resident service, renewal campaigns, property reputation, conflict resolution, community events, leasing support, and resident onboarding. It requires a standard Monday-Friday schedule with possible nights or weekends, is fully onsite, and pays $20.19-$22.12 per hour plus bonus potential.
