Description
The Program Specialist – CLA oversees residential sites and support staff in Saint Joseph’s Center’s Community Living Arrangement program, supervising staff, developing and monitoring Individual Support Plans, conducting site visits, coordinating schedules and hiring, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with 6400 regulations. The role requires an associate’s degree or 60 college credits plus at least four years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, or a related bachelor’s degree plus two years of direct experience, along with supervisory experience, communication and leadership skills, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and the ability to travel between sites.
