Description
EAH Housing is hiring a full-time floating Resident Manager I to manage various affordable-housing properties across Oahu, Hawaii. The role oversees fiscal, physical, and social property soundness, including rent collection, lease processing, resident and staff supervision, evictions, inspections, repairs, and HUD compliance. Candidates need at least one year of affordable-housing property management experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines, a valid driver's license, a clean DMV record, reliable transportation, and a REL license or willingness to obtain one within nine months; Yardi is a plus. Compensation is $26.60–$42.75 per hour, with a hiring range of $26.60–$34.68 per hour depending on experience and current EAH salaries.
