EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Resident Manager I to manage the day-to-day operations of Pimentel Place, a 57-unit affordable family housing community in Hayward, California. The role oversees rent collection, lease administration, resident relations, staff supervision, evictions, annual inspections, repairs, and HUD property compliance. Candidates need at least one year of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines; Yardi Voyager experience is a plus. The position pays $28.00–$45.00 per hour, with a hiring range of $28.00–$36.50 per hour depending on experience and current salaries.
